At Zigo Live, we respect your privacy and provide you with the ability to permanently delete your account and associated personal information.

Overview

If you no longer wish to use Zigo Live, you can request permanent account deletion directly from the application. Before proceeding, please review the information below regarding what happens to your data, coins, and history.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your account:

  1. Open the Zigo Live application.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Go to Profile.
  4. Open Settings.
  5. Tap Delete Account.
  6. Read the confirmation message carefully.
  7. Confirm your request.

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed.

What Happens After You Delete Your Account?

After your deletion request is confirmed:

  • Your Zigo Live account will be permanently deleted.
  • Your profile information will be removed.
  • Your account will no longer be accessible.
  • You will no longer be able to sign in using the deleted account.

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data That May Be Deleted

Depending on your account activity, deletion may include:

  • Profile Information (Display Name, Profile Photo, Bio)
  • Login Information & Notification Tokens
  • Messages & Chat History (where applicable)
  • Live Streaming History & Audio Room Activity
  • Uploaded Media & User Preferences
  • Followers & Following Information

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required to:

  • Comply with applicable laws
  • Resolve disputes and prevent fraud
  • Maintain platform security
  • Enforce our Terms & Conditions
  • Meet financial or tax obligations where applicable

Such retained information will only be kept for legitimate legal or operational purposes.

Virtual Coins & Purchases

Please review the rules regarding your wallet and virtual assets carefully:

  • Purchased Coins are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • Unused Coins, Gifts, VIP Memberships, and other digital items may be permanently lost after account deletion.
  • Host earnings already processed will follow the applicable Host & Withdrawal Policy.
